CHILD DEDICATION IN CHURCHES TODAY —By James A. Udu

Introduction: It has become a norm in denominational churches that their women after birth stays at home for three months during which they print an invitation card inviting friends and well wishers to their child’s dedication on a said date in their churches. Some times members of the Lord’s Church will forfeit their allegiant  to God on Sunday morning and accompany them to  their denominational churches where it will be happening. Does it has any effect on our faith as members of the Church of Christ? Are some Churches of Christ part of this unscriptural practice? Continue reading
